Pelvic health is essential for overall well-being, encompassing functions like bladder control, bowel function, sexual health, and musculoskeletal stability. According to a study performed by BMC Health, up to 46.5% of women in the US report at least 1 pelvic disorder. Due to the nature of pelvic health, it is often a silent topic and can lead to decrease in sport performance, isolation from social events, decreased quality of life, mental and emotional distress, and impact on personal and intimate relationships. Research has supported the benefits of pelvic floor physical therapy as a conservative and nonsurgical treatment that shows high rates of success. Whether you are an elite athlete or active adult, SOL-3 is here to provide pelvic health services to improve your performance goals, comfort, quality of life, and emotional well-being, in order to help you reach your goals and live a fulfilling life without the limitations.
